- Contact information
(address, phone, fax, email address, business hours, etc.)
- Company history or profile
- Company objectives, goals, mission, themes, etc.
- Recent press releases Articles written about company if applicable
- Customer testimonials if applicable
Product & Service Information:
- Descriptions of products and/or services
- Pricing / Fees or Rates
- Terms & Conditions or Booking & Cancellation Policy
- Disclaimer if needed
- Existing marketing and sales materials
Images and Media:
If you have photos that you would like to use on your site they can be sent to us by email. You may also send images on CD to Dreamland Design Ltd. PO Box 25, Whitianga. If you need additional photos, call us to arrange for a photo shooting. If your business is based at The Coromandel, browse our online image library or ask us for additional stock photography.
- Company logo (original graphics in digital format if possible)
- Images related to products, services or your premises
(minimum size 600x480 pixel, preferably larger)
- Additional documents in other formats, eg. video, pdf, flash paper
Web Site Design Models:
Browse through the Internet and search for sites that offer similar products/services and have caught your eye, e.g. good design, easy to navigate etc.

Keywords and Keyword Phrases:
A list of keywords specifically relating to your site, we suggest max 20 keywords and/ or phrases. Do not repeat any word within the keywords more than three times.

Short Description of your business/products/services
Max. 25 word description of your site, include your business name.
We add this to your meta tags to make it easier for the search engines to find you. We can help you with your website description if you wish.

Map / Directions to your business
If customers come to your premises, we will design a custom made map for you.
Simply supply a copy of an existing map of your area and circle your location.
Please provide directions to your premises from a nearby major city.
